It all depends on what the rest of your bike looks like. I went with black bars when I had the trees and lowers pc'd. Tins have contrasting color, bare metal, and the grips are chrome.

 

rest of the bike is contrasting. actually several of the parts are named "contrast cut." im thinking if i powder the lowers im gonna go with black bars. my grips are contrasting and let the levers be the chomed kuryaken levers. anyways...thanks all for your suggestions. l like shiny and i like black too. i dislike black pipes in particular and dont care for an all blacked bike. thats just my taste, not saying there arent plenty of good looking blacked dynas out there...just not for me.
