I have had a V&H HO Pro Pipe, Thunderheader 1031B, stock exhaust, and a modded stock exhaust with 1549 Cycle Shack baffles.
The stock pipes did give more vibration, but I think because of the mounting position and also being so restricted they choked the motor. But the vibrations was there with all the pipes until the bike was riding for a while. It wasn't that I got use to it. It was the bike getting use to me. The gas I used, the elevation I was at, etc. That is my opinion and I am sticking to it. There is no way that the Pro Pipe is a fix all for Harley vibrations.
My 2010 FXDB had a weird vibration at that speed for about 2700 miles. After that smooth as hell when riding.
I don't know what people are expecting from a 96 ci motor between their legs. I mean, sit on a 350 small block's air filter and take a ride. Tell me how it feels.
Even my Virago's had vibrations. My riding lawn mower vibrates, and sometimes to spice things up my wife vibrates. Buy a car if you want luxury. That is my $0.02.

Either you didn't read the entire thread and are coming in here knowing what we are/have experienced with the Switchback or you are posting just to post.
Harley Davidson has a service bulletin for excessive vibration due the exhaust design on the Switchback. Nearly every owner of the Switchback has this same issue.
YES, you are riding a motorcycle. YES, all Dyna's vibrate. NOT all Dyna's vibrate in excess like the Switchback does. Come back and post again when you have actually EXPERIENCED riding a Switchback. My $0.02
Yep, as explained already, it's mostly the muffler mount. I made the dealer fix mine but it took some complaining. They didn't want to believe the simple fix but finally came around.
perform the clevis pin mod and you will have a 100% different bike.. TSB got rid of most of my vibes but after i did the mod it was like a completely different motorcycle.. just be careful, i was running 85 again yesterday and didnt realize it because the bike was so smooth...
I have a 2013 fxdf 103 and have and still have a bad vibration I can't take it over 80 and if I get on the throttle in any gear it feels like the motor is going to jump right out of the frame. they have done every thing to fix it except the last thing it tell you to check which is the crank run out on the left fly wheel if it is 0.020 off it will cause the vibration issue. when they got to that point they told me it was normal. I know better this is not my first Dyna my 03 FXD was smooth as a whistle at 110 mph and I can't even do 80 on this one for fear the motor is going to explode. anyone else experienced this problem?
