They are friggin' loud but not as bad as a drag pipe. Sounds great. I love mine.

I have Samson II, Rip Saws on my Fat Boy SE. This model does not come with baffles. They were very loud. The 103" SE engine might of made them louder than if they were mated to some other engines. I just put in Khome Werks drag pipe baffles. They are still loud, but the baffles turned down the volume a bit.
