Anyone know the degrees of the caliper banjo on a FXDC, please.

cheers, im strugling now, sizes, ie 7/16, 3/8, 10 mm bore. What i do know is, 90degree on master cylinder and line length. Ive changed bars see and its brake line causing probs, 2009 FXDC.

Here's what I found using Ronnie's database:

Banjo bolt used on front brake caliper is 41747-82A = 10mm
Banjo bolt used on master cylinder is 41739-84A = 12 mm

thank you but ronnie aint got it right, 09 fxdc is a single disc.

If you check this diagram you'll see single & dual disk brake lines. Banjo bolts have same # in diagram.

Perhaps some one who has the 2009 Parts catalog could chime in....

gotcha, could just do with knowing that angle on caliper, i think 30o 35o or 45o ???

Cant tell you for sure. My best guess is 90 degrees at the front caliper. Best you could do is make a mock-up using a plastic hose and run it from the caliper up along the front end to the master cylinder. Using a protractor you'll be able to determine the angle at the master cylinder and caliper.
