cheers, im strugling now, sizes, ie 7/16, 3/8, 10 mm bore. What i do know is, 90degree on master cylinder and line length. Ive changed bars see and its brake line causing probs, 2009 FXDC.

gotcha, could just do with knowing that angle on caliper, i think 30o 35o or 45o ???
Cant tell you for sure. My best guess is 90 degrees at the front caliper. Best you could do is make a mock-up using a plastic hose and run it from the caliper up along the front end to the master cylinder. Using a protractor you'll be able to determine the angle at the master cylinder and caliper.
