You nailed it.

I've had the True Track from about 1,000 miles (now at a bit over 16,000) as well
as a front fork brace from about 300 miles. Both make a difference. If you get well
honked into a long high-speed, constant radius or decreasing radius turn without
and then with the True Track you'll notice a distinct improvement. The front fork
brace makes a difference that is especially noticeable as you turn in so between
the two you get a significant (and CHEAP!!!!) improvement in the bike's handling.

I noticed this weird sensation thing on my 05 FXDC the week after I got it on a long sweeper at about 70mph, I thought it may have been swing arm bushes or the belt being too tight, but after talking to a few Dyna owners I was told of this Dyna characteristic.
I may have to look at these stabilizer kits.

Actually HD did not add a stabilizing link to the new frame they infact removed the lower stabilizing link when they added the 4th rubber mount up front - FYI just one stabilizer link now on the 09 and up Touring frame models. As far as the Dyna models are concerned I think HYPR said it well.

I installed the True-Track on my 2006 WG, no more 'hula dance" in the turns
