Congrats and you did the right thing getting all done before you get it. I had my dealer install same as you except the A/C with 20% off all parts. I did the A/C and added Xied's to give it more fuel and cool it down.

Yes! Congrats. I bought a lot of extra stuff with the bike but didnt have it installed till after the 1K break-in. Just the way I wanted to do it. Mostly HD add-on's anyway. I'm thinking about changing bars. I really loved the buck horns on my '92 FXDC. Taller and more of a drop down were the grips go. Not sure if I can find the same again but if I do... Enjoy dude.

Congrats on the new bike...I knew you would end up with the superglide. You will never be sorry you traded in your sportster for it once you start riding the sg.
I think you went the right route with everything. You did your homework and asked the right questions, so you will be real happy with it. You will end up changing stuff as time goes on but you got a great start on what you wanted.
I bet you were surprised just how cheep the payment is...
