over heated and stopped
Hi Riders,
Need your help here, I took my bike out of garage today after 3 months and while returning from my friends place today I felt loss of power and after riding for only 10 miles and when I stopped to check on it, I noticed flame coming out of exhaust (on giving accelerator) and excuast close to front engive kind of glowing red, so I shut down the engine for it to cool down (although temp was in 50s), but when I tried to start my Bike, it didnt start at all and I had to get it towed to me home. So can anyone help me on what could be the cause and possible solution of it. I hope its not an expensive problem, as I am kind of broke right now (lost my job). My Bike is '07 Street bob and has only done 9000 miles. Fyi, I checked engine oil and it is full.
