I think your throttle cables are just fine man, I'd say the brake line pulls quite a bit, you might look into that. I don't like 2 pieces rubber brake hoses myself, that's why I keep the stock one.

I have since put a new black braided clutch cable and black braided brake line on. I'll change the throttle and idle cables someday but they are fine for now.
Like I said, I replaced that brake line and clutch cable already
Here's some pics with the new clutch cable (Harley black diamond) and the black braided one piece brake line (Magnum black pearl).
I really should have turned the brake line a little towards the front of the bike when I bolted it to the master cylinder so it could follow the bars a little better when it came off the master cylinder but ah well.
As for the tubes supposedly eventually going to break or kink. Bah. All you did was bend them. If you don't go apeshit when bending them and handle them halfway decent and not like Oprah groping a Krispy Kreme doughnut then you should be fine. Just don't bend them some weird way so that the cable inside will have a problem.

Thank you all.
My cables were already long enough, but when I changed my handlebars from Road 6 Custom apes to Burly Narrow apes I tought that the throttle an idle cables where sticking too far out into the middle of the handlebars.
I carefully bended the tubes a little bit, from 90 degrees to maybe 75. No problems and looks much better.
