Ya a wobble could be a number of different things, I would start with tire pressure, then make sure your rear tire is correctly alligned and balanced, then it's time to start looking at wheel bearings.
Also one thing to watch on these bikes is the front end, if you hear or feel and chatter in the front end over bumps or in breaking, you need to tighted up and adjust your fall away.
The stealership sells the bushings, $34. I also got the poly ones which supposedly don't fit...they fit fine and stiffen up the handlebars.

Poly's absolutely tighten things up but they also transmit more vibration to your hands. May not be an issue for some but on a long ride it causes my hands to go numb. I even switched to the Kury ISO grips but they didn't really help. One day I'll go back to the rubber mounts.
I bought the poly ones from the Harley dealer because I didn't want to wait for them.
I didn't notice anymore vibration but I sure noticed a lot tighter feel in the bars instead of that sloppy rubbery movement.
