Not sure what frame it is or just a custom one-off... But i luv this scoot... I see the springer front..etc.. what else we got going on here?

honestly looks like the frame has been Kong'd! very trick!!! really dig the window swing arm!

The paint looks like Richard Simmons exploded on it.

looks like a custom build. dont think its an original harley frame. looks like a harley motor though. Maybe an early 2000's bike?

If you see it again, check for a vin#. Might help you determine the make or mfgr... Looks kinda like some early Rick Fairless customs...tomp dd50

I would bet it is a custom frame, not just a modded harley frame. when you look at the neck, and at the seat wishbone, it screams custom to me. cant quite tell what engine it is, either twin cam or evo. if you see the bike on a regular basis, ask the owner sometime.
