Talking Those with 100+ TQ and HP

How you all doing? Been doing ample amounts of research. Looking to make the scoot have 100+ numbers when I get done doing my upgrades. Kind of a pain in the a$$ tracking down everyone's builds so I thought it would be a good idea to have a thread with 100+ numbers where everyone can post a short synopsis of what they have done to achieve these numbers. Thanks to all of those who contribute.

In my sig...........the tune is going to be just as important as the components you use. Don't skimp out on the tune. Talk with a reputable builder.If your components don't work together you'll be disappointed.

My bike has not been on a Dyno ... yet ...

My build is similar to Joe's (JRK5892) above:

H-D Screamin Eagle big bore cylinders
H-D Screamin Eagle flat top cast pistons
H-D Screamin Eagle MCR (Manual Compression Release) heads
H-D Screamin Eagle 1.725 rocker arms (intake side only)
H-D Screamin Eagle perfect fit pushrods
Andrews TW37B cams
Paughco 2-into-1 exhaust
Goodson air cleaner
Sifton A/C mount and breather system

I converted my stock closed loop electronic fuel injection to open loop using the ThunderMax with AutoTune EFI / ECM module ... totally replaces your stock ECM ...

* * *

I had the exhaust modified by a muffler shop to adapt it to fit my Super Glide ... it is P/N 733C9 designed for Touring models ...

* * *

SOTP indicates this build is putting out upwards of 95 HP/TQ ... I've been really pleased with the build ...

A simple street port, good exhaust, cams, compression to match the cams and a good tune will get you there. The cam choice should be for the R's where you spend most of your time, regearing helps a lot putting it on the road..most of our bikes are geared waay too tall. You should give more info on your bike and how you like to ride.

I have two builds, one slightly under 100 hp (92) but 106 tq and the other way over both numbers.

My 2010 Street Glide build is reflected in my sig line and has been very reliable. I have well over two years on the combo and pleased with it as a stable touring platform.

My 2006 Street Bob has an SE 120R in it. When considering a build, the SE 120R seemed to maximize the bang for the buck as it were. The only adds I included in the build were roller rockers, Latus / Baisley throttle body and manifold, VH pro pipe hi output. This bike is tuned with SERT and has been a strong reliable performer. It has one year on it and I wouldn't hesitate to go out of town on the bike. I call it my 200 mile bike (100 miles each way from the house) simply because I have a bagger which is more comfortable for longer trips. The street bob also has a solo seat and occasionally the wife thinks she should tag along...

I'm hoping to push mine to 100+ next year after some head upgrades. Don't know what yet but I was told another 8-10 HP when done.
