No its basically a Dyna with a XR1200 front end, paint job,swinger, and wheels....

Still cant beat the real deal carbed FXDX....

The XR1200 was only sold in Europe for the 2008 model year. The 2009 was the first year for US consumption. I scooped up the first one my dealer got.

That is my plan for the FXDX also.

If you read the earlier link to the XR1200 forum and the post by West Coast Motorcycles in Holland about the bike being a hoax/ dealer special. They did state that they had received a fantastic reaction regarding this bike and this had gone up all the way through the chain of command at Harley, and their reaction has been positive.

So you never know this bike or something similar may appear.

Did you watch the vid showing this bike on take off.... looks and sounds great!!!
I'm still gonna start saving my pennies........just in case
