i like it , i think it would be great in black , i would drop the back a couple of inches though ,

but i think the lack of information means its a special and not a official bike

I really like it, minus the exhaust. Look at the inverted front suspension, rear suspension. Like the grey heads, black jugs and engine. Man I said I would never get rid of mine only get another... but if this is true....

Never seen some of the pieces on that bike before. So it may very well could be.

Are there many model differences in what HD offers in the USA and in Europe? Might be real but not available in the USA?

Could be but I doubt it... I've never seen a HD sold overseas not offered here, could be wrong tho.
