Hey Whootz,
I went with Bubba's license plate bracket. It's a lay down bracket that integrates the turn signals with it. Here is the link http://www.bubbasbrake.com/xcart/home.php?cat=250. This bracket was very easy to install. The hardest thing about it was getting the wires out of the turn signal module. However, you will have to drill a hole through the fender to run the wires through, but that's not too tough.
