yea basically,like I said mine didnt have any baffles when I got them and I didnt like the sound. Had a hollow sound,and plus there was no pwr down low!! Those washers made a night and day difference with my bike and only took bout 30 mins to do everything!!! It was a free mod for me b/c I had everything laying around

 

i put the baffles back in it has that deep harley sound which i love but it sounded awesome just with one baffle in and one out. called hd and the service guy said that it would throw off the 2 cylinders they wouldnt be working the same idk . better to be safe than sorry i guess

 

try the washers,You might like the sound even better!!!
