Default Tank decal help
I am wanting to put a decal on my gas tank. I have seen a few good decals on here. Was hoping to get people to post their decals or ideas. I would like to find one that I like and also for other people wanting to do the same.

Thanks for your help and ideas

You can order any of these from J&P cycles... all the decal style. I know they sell badges too..

Mine was painted on with no clear. I think others have added the same thing I have made with vinyl decals without it.

How do you get the old emblem shadowing off when removing. I removed mine, but you can still see a hint of the old emblem. I did use de solve it. Any ideas?

Bottom right third one up my wife had put on her shovelhead and cleared over it. it's been a few years but if I remember right those decals seemed like they were high enough quality you wouldn't need to clear over them.
but if it were me I would go the route of having a painter put some on, just show em the one you like, or make your own stencil and paint it on yourself.

wish I had a better picture of how her shovel turned out, but it was nice. this was fall a few years ago

I love the new badges on my wide glide by buddy rides a deuce and he really likes the badges.
maybe I just hate stickers lol

These are just vinyl with no clear. They have been on for about a year.

Jeffro- I just buffed on mine. I think I used some sort of decal remover. Made sure not to leave it on long. It still had a slight shadow but the sun took care of the rest.

Robbie I am digging your emblem! Nice work.

Keep em coming. Never can have enough emblem ideas.
