Thumbs up Good Vibrations Gone

FLD 103

I had somewhat of a vibration at certain RPM’s until I reach a sweet spot.

Stock it was noticeable but to me not objectionable, I’m an old timer.

With a Stage 1 Kit, Tuner and a V&H Slip On exhaust the vibrating decreased.

With a Stage 1 Kit, Tuner and a D&D Fat Cat full exhaust system
(well tune of course) the vibrating is gone; zip, no more, none at all.
The whole bike is smooooooth, err.

I’m thinking deleting the cat converter on the stock exhaust system
and a fine tuning helped the most. JMO.

SC-Longhair
Helps keep the soot from the exhaust off my bike among other things.
Buy any chance do you know how much HP & TQ you gained with the Thunderheader exhaust?
There one of the top performers in my book.

Wideglidebob
Yep I had a Yamaha 250, 650 enduro & 650 V Star great bikes.

Those head pipes look a LOT better than the stock set. How much did they run?

I have no idea what just the D&D head pipes would be.
Check with Dr. V-twin for the best pieces on exhaust.
