I just used the handlebar ram mount that came with the Zumo 450. I added a ram screw **** lock so it would be a little harder to just unscrew the mount and run off with it. The **** is a little bigger than I like but screw it.

Many ways to do this. You can hardwire it to the battery or install a 12v power outlet. Do a search & you will see the various options.

Just added pictures. On long rides I velcro my tool bag up high
like Ratbob does. I also was unsatisfied with the many different handlebar mounts, especially since none of them would work on my 1.25" handlebars....so I took the waterproof enclosure from the:

and then riveted that to the top of my tool bag, making sure I had it at the right angle. Works really well, and the mount comes off with the bag.

Just ordered this one through Amazon to use on my Tomtom. This mount came for mounting the RAM on the handlebars or the clutch/brack adapter. I also ordered the adapter for the iPhone.
