Yup. No problem. The three holes in the back of the A/C will line up with those in the mouth of the throttle body.
Only thing is that you'll need an appropriate bracket to hold the A/C and throttle body in place. Quite a few to choose from. You can either use one of the thick ones with built-in channels to take the gases from head breather bolts to the throttle body mouth or you can use a thin bracket with a breather kit.
