Or you can just buy it and save some $$!! ha ha. Rob, no there is no splash guard for the fender. I really haven't had any problems not running one and I like the open look. The Apes are 10" Wild1 Chubby's. Lolife, the velocity stack is a Wimmer Super Sucker Shorty. Here is a list of most of the major mods.

18x5.5 rear, 21" front powdercoated 80 spoke DNA Wheels,
Metzler tires with 180 rear,
Progressive Suspension 418 shocks,
Bassani Pro-Street exhaust,
Wimmer Super Sucker Shorty Velocity Stack,
Power Commander III programmer,
Accutronix billet forward controls,
BDL billet hand controls,
Wild1 10.5" Chubby Apes,
Ness grips,
West Coast Choppers Tombstone rear fender,
Big Bear Choppers bullet blinkers,
billet diamond LED side mount plate/tailight,
Dream Evil Designs hand tooled seat and matching passenger pad,
custom pinstripping,
lots of powdercoated parts.

The rear shocks are 11.5". When we mocked up the rear fender we bottomed out the rear suspension to make sure it would never hit the fender. The shocks are adjustable so when they are firmed up it would be impossible to bottom the shock itself out unless you had a ton of weight on it.

No problem. The CFL is coming along. The engine and tranny are in and I have all of the parts minus the kickstand and mid controls, which should be here by next week. I'm having the same builder that did the paint work on my Bob do the Tig welding. He also built the tank. We made an agreement that if I let him do a certain amount of the work and buy some of my parts through him I can title it under his shop since he is a licensed builder which will really help with the value over a special construction title. He's working it in when he has time so I hope to have the mock up completed and it tore down for paint by the end of the month at the latest. We haven't been in a huge hurry since there is no riding here for another 2 or 3 months.

Mud,

The splash guard is a piece of metal, in the same shape as the fender, that runs from the bottom portion of the fender to the lower part of the frame.
