How about a pic of your dyna with one of your parents astride? My mom was 97 when this was taken last winter. She just passed 2 weeks ago. 😢
This is truly awesome. Despite the fullness of her life, you must miss her tremendously. Sometimes one picture is enough to see when someone is really something else!
Sorry to hear man. Looks like she loved the bikes. Hope you cherish many fond memories. Absolutely beautiful picture, thank you for sharing with us even though I'm sure it's painful.
Got a pic of my old man checking out my Fatty in my garage today (she's in hibernation, it's pretty much winter here). So I told him to pose for the camera. Stupidity followed...
Seeing as many store their bikes for winter, how about a shot of you doing winter maintenance/mods on your dyna?Attachment 490095
Winter isn't for another six weeks so are you saying we have to wait till then to post a picture?

Meet the challenge with a photo and advise us of another challenge, it's simple.
At this point though, I'm un-sure what the riding challenge actually is,,
My Mother is 99 and lives across town, she's too feeble to put on a motorcycle at this point and I'm not going to roll the wheelchair out for a photo op just for a forum,,, My Dad's been gone for 15yrs,,
I'm going riding with what little time we have left here in Minn.

The current challenge looks like it is: Seeing as many store their bikes for winter, how about a shot of you doing winter maintenance/mods on your dyna? That is why I asked if we had to wait until winter to be able to submit the picture.
Just for the sake of keeping this thing going (sort of)...
I know it's not a Dyna but it makes me happy (I'll include a Dyna in the pic though). I finally got 1 step closer to getting my 1971 Triumph Bonneville registered by getting the RTA issued frame number stamped.
The 13 digit numbers have to be stamped perfectly, in a certain size and spacing - something I know I'd have difficulty doing on the round yoke. After a year of trying to find someone to do it, I finally got someone so here's the bonny on the trailer about to be 'rebirthed' (in a legal way).
Here's the bonny about to get unloaded at the shop:
Here it is getting "worked on" for the upcoming RTA inspection.
Now, someone please come up with a legit challenge and I'll try to meet it given that I'm on the bottom of the world and coming into summer!

Kinda hoping there would be a riding challenge. I got all day and it's 65F and clear outside. (And, the Chiefs are ahead!) Guess I'll go "no where special."
Oh, for a maintenance thing, I installed Burly easy clutch devices on 2 FXDL's.
