Hey Senior, I think I remember that dude. That would have been '98 or so for me. I lived in town after that, and didn't use the foot bridge much if at all. In that area though, it could have been any number of different people with just as many different ailments.
Victory is 'Merican. They use cubic inches to designate engine size so it's imperial not metric...but most "Motorsports" joints that have Victory also have Honda, Yammy, and other stuff which does use metric measurements... which would qualify.
I was actually going to put victory in with it, because I wasnt sure if they were metric or not.
So yes victory would work or even BMW.
I just enjoy going riding to get pictures when something comes up that I can find. Choosing the next one is always more of a challenge for my brain.
