i cleaned all surfaces.a new gasket ansd silocone on both sides of it.and it still leaks in 3 places 1 on top and the others on bottom the primary chain cover is a drag specialties. no pics right now

Sounds like there may be warpage.
Or improper torquing of fasteners.
Do you own a torque wrench?

A good example of why you should buy HD when getting parts like that!

Have you checked carefully for cracks.
