When attempting to install the powervision for the first time on my '12 WG, I received an error message saying it cannot find ECM? The powervision was to come installed with a custom tune from Fuelmoto. The unit will not even allow me to install dynojet preconfigured tunes. I'm getting the same message. After trying multiple times to flash a tune, I'm now getting a message to contact dealer? I'm stumped. It seemed like a pretty straight forward install.

Not much I can do with it at this point. Guess I'll wait til morning and give them a call. Man I'm going to be dissappointed if I can't ride this weekend. Have the intake and exhaust installed, just need the tuner.
Dude this could be a dumb question, but did you marry the PV to the bike like it says in the quick setup guide. If that isn't done it won't let you tune squat, as it suspects you may then try to tune another bike with it. Call it dynojet sneaky software sucurity. I don't remember exactly but I think it was plug the PV into the bike harness and choose read ecm. the best instructs on how to do this are on Jamie's fuelmoto page. http://www.fuelmotousa.com/powervision.htm
You need the initial user setup guisde to start, they are all there!

It's definately not married to the bike. It will not allow me to complete this step. It tells me it can't read or find ECM. The ignition and run switch are both on. Just out of curiosity, maybe I have it connected to the wrong port. I thought the diagnostic port was found inside the cover on the left side of the bike just below the seat. It has a rubber plug installed in it. I can't find any other connection that the PV would fit into?

Ok. Well that rules that out. I'm thinking it has something to do with the PV unit itself. Maybe it was married to another system or something and needs unlocked.

Fuel Moto will sort it out for you. Their customer service is top notch.
