plug in side of primary leaking,the one that takes the place of the mid controls,when you change to fowards,anyone know of a quick fix or should i just go ahead and pull the cover.and if i pull the cover anything i should look for while i have it open

 

theres a little round gasket between the inner and outer primary where the shifter rod used to be...without the mid shifter in there running thru it, its prone to moving and causing leaks.... on mine i pulled the outer primary and sealed both halves from the inside with 2 freeze plugs from napa... if i remember correctly they were 9/16ths... but to be sure just take your outer primary cover with you when you go get the plugs...
