240 on a 07 Streetbob, done
My wife wanted a 240 in the back of her Streetbob. We found a company in Quebec, Canada who have a good reputation in building choppers and modifying bikes with wide tire kits they make: http://www.zeeldesign.com
They also sell wide tire kits if you want to do it yourself
This is my wife's bike as it was last fall with a 180 tire:
They installed spacers and a new narrow belt. They cut the strouts and installed a wider swingarm.
The made a new wide wheel to match the front wheel design and installed a Metzeller 240/40R18 tire on it.
And now the new bike :
The bike is fun to drive and it sticks to the ground :-)
