Thanks Iowabiker, I had this done here locally at Hog City Customs Upholstry. Since the guy is a friend of mine I got a really good deal, but he said that it normaly cost between $225 and $240. I haven't had the chance to ride it with the new seat yet, but I'll know in the first 200 mile trip how well I like it.

We called it medium brown. If you email them a pic of my bike, they should remember the color, because they said they don't do a lot of brown seats. The seat is very comfortable and the price was right.

I read your post and became curious about what Google would find for me in the way of brown seats. Before you order a seat, take a look at these websites:

When I look at your bike and itscolor, my mind immediately thinks that the dark brown leathers would look much better than the lighter ones.I don't know anything abouteither of these companies but they do have some cool looking seats.
