Key Idiot light on

My "key" red idiot light on the speedo is on...the bike seems to run just fine. Any ideas? And, should I take it in to be checked out?

Are you turn signals working? If your wiring is messed up that light will come on. Check the turn signal wiring under your rear fender to be sure they are in their retaining clips.

Thanks guys for the input......Yes, I do have LED turn signals and rear light. They are integrated into an assembly that is mounted at the rear axle. checked the wiring and it seems to be fine. Attached is a photo for reference.

I hate being the newbie kick starter...........
