Ride On Tire Sealant and Balancer...any experience???
I'm getting ready to do the 21" wheel conversion. I've already got the Metz 120/70-21 tire, tube, new front brakes and ride on tire balancer. Jireh rim should be shipped today. Been doing a lot of reading online and watching you tube videos on the matter, but I haven't come across any reviews on the Ride On Sealant and balancer product. since I'm doing my own work I wanted something that would internally balance. I know that dyna beads was an option but this product is suppose to seal small punctures as well, so I figured I'd give a try. Anyone have any experience with this product???
Unless you are a nail magnet, I think I would pass on ride on/flat stuff.
Since I can count the number of flats I have had in 46+ years of riding on 1 hand, I personally would not use the stuff.
I prefer tubeless so I can repair a flat on the road, and I use Dyna beads so I can change my own tires.

To be honest didnt' really buy it as a tire sealeant properties, but for the internal balancing properties...the tire sealant properties are secondary...and I agree tubeless would be better, but I have spokes and tubes is what I got...
What I'm "hoping" to hear, ("hoping" is the key word) is that this product will balance as well as the dyna beads...if I hear otherwise,I still got time to order the dyna beads before I start taking the front wheel apart.

Reason: misspelled word
I use Ride-on on every motorcycle, had at least 3 nails in history, no problem. Yes, it is also a balancer, I don't have wheel weight on both my laced wheels, no high speed vibration or wobble. This stuff is like insurance, if you know you will not get sick then you don't need it. How do you guarantee not to pick up nails on the road? Impossible

glad to hear it's worked well for you...I was hoping to hear a positive review...
I've read that dyna beads work well, but just wanted to try this product for the extra sealant properties as well which the dyna beads don't offer, but my main priority was internally balancing the wheel...hopefully I'll be posting a positive review soon...and not a "I should've gone with the dyna beads" review...we'll see.
My friend got a rice rocket R1, he recently installed new tires with Ride-on, didn't balance the tires. Took it on the hwy 120mph, no vibration. It should work!
We use dyna beads here as well and have great success with them- I just started to hear about the sealant, seems to work from the various reviews I've read from customers.

awesome...should've ordered a second bottle for my rear wheel as well
