Speedometer Compatiability
Will the stock speedometer from a 2010 FXDC/FXDF work in a 2007 model? I realize the mileage from the 2010 model will be retained but once installed will it continue to accumulate miles and otherwise function normally?
yep. I've got a 2010 wide glide speedo on my 08 superglide. (I wanted the silver face).
My bike had lower miles than the wg speedo, so I rode til i got within 5 miles and changed them out. it works fine. I even have miles til empty now which my original speedo didnt have on it.
