Default Broken Speedometer
2010 FLSTC: The speedo was vandalized and the odometer is blank. 1. Does the ECM retain the odometer mileage and 2. Is it readable by a dealer?

Take the bike to the dealer and see if they can pull the mileage with a scan tool, if not a recent service receipt or inspection receipt with the mileage on it may be good enough to order the new speedo.
