Default SB Fork Springs

Anyone out there running the Race Tech progressive wound fork springs in a 2010 or newer Street Bob? Looking for some installation info, Race Tech tech support pretty vague on specifics.

The guys at Race Tech usually favor straight wound springs and not progressive coils. I haven't been to their sight in a while so off the top of my head I don't know what is available. If you are looking for suggestions I would go with a straight wound spring and either sone gold valves from Race Tech or the Ricor Intimidators. Both work essentially the same but the Ricor Intimidators are easier to install.

Turns out that the only springs that Race Tech has for the SB with the 49mm forks is the same P/N and kit as for the Vrod with 49mm forks, and they are a progressive wound spring. I ordered a set, and the instructions included with the springs were for, you guessed it a Vrod. I called their tech support, but I didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling from the guy when I asked about the fork oil level and preload spacer length for a SB. For instance, the stock fork oil level on a SB is 95mm from the top of the compressed fork leg, the oil level to use for the Vrod as stated in the instructions with these springs is 130mm, a bit of a difference. The guy said to TRY 130mm, but I would rather not get into the situation of pulling the fork caps more than once, I'd like to do it correctly the first time and be done with it. Same type of answer as far as the preload spacer goes, TRY XX. So that is why I am looking to hear from someone who actually is using these springs to find out what they ended up doing. Worse case scenario, I will just install the Ricor Intiminators I purchased with the stock springs, oil level etc.
