I would think you can increase pre-load just as DPete says, but if the stockers have too much sag for you, then I really think you'd be better off with a set of standard Progressive Fork Springs. The stock springs are not progressive so by adding pre-load spacers you may not get the desired effect.

I think DPete is right. The stock springs are however longer than the replacement Progressive springs, so I would think a 1-1.5" max. long spacer would be about right along with the washer in-between. It's pretty inexpensive to try it. You could also change to the heavier SE fork oil.
If that doesn't work out, a set of Progressive springs are around $75 bucks. You don't want the SE fork oil here though, just standard 15w fork oil.
