Default Engine Vibration Started Yesterday

Yesterday on a ride my 09' FXDL developed a noticeable engine vibration. I feel it in the seat and the foot pegs. Nothing in the handle bars. It goes away when I pull in the clutch. The bike has 25k miles on it. The bike has never been dropped and Im the original owner.

Wondering where should I start first? Should I just grab a wrench and check to make sure its not a loose bolt. I read a few things online where some had engine mounts replaced and engine alignment checked and still could not get rid of the vibration.

Its a real bummer since the bike has been smooth as glass until yesterday.

Check your tire pressure? balancing weights often fly off my wheels, HD says if it doesn't vibrate leave it! But yous is so check those and liberally try thos mounting bolts if nothing is loose, give her a full going over.

Default tires

Its not the tires. The vibration goes away when the clutch is pulled while moving or standing still.
