engine miss or vibration

ok i am posting this here in hopes of some help. i just bought an 02 softail standard with a screaming eagle breather and harley pipes. dont know about any mods past these. i am a auto tech but this being my first HD im not sure if this is a real prob. It vibrates around 65-70> when i pull the clutch it goes away also there under a load but goes away on decel. i threw plugs at it since it had been sitting for @1yr. is this normal i have some iso grips to put on just wont sit still long enough. i am a newbie so please excuse any etiquitte goofs. thanks

three areas to check for your vibration. You might have a loose compensator or one or more engine mounts have gone south on you. Check your tires for balance and cupping in the tread.
