custom front brake line
Mud, Here's a few crappy pics.
First on is right side, banjo installed on tee

Best I can see, that is not a tee.

Here's a catalog pic. Hope it shows up better - if not - I appologize in advance.

Agree on general terminology - but it's called a "tee" or "T", I guess based on the fact that the right side supports 2 banjos if you use a double banjo bolt so you can get a line to left and right calipers.

Looks like one in and one out.
What catalog is that from??

That's because I only have a single caliper - and the first pics were of my setup. The catalog pic shows a dual, which uses the same type of "tee" but a different banjo bolt.
Fact is, with the right fittings, these "tees" support either single or dual calipers, depending on how you set it up.
I searched for the Goodridge "Tee" and this is the best pic I could find of the whole thing put together. Like I said - my "T" is a Russell, Goodridge and Arlen Ness make one as well. The cat pic is a Goodridge.
This pic came from Storz Performance catalog page 18 - www.storzperf.com

On your setup.
Those Storz conversions are extra nice. Never did see their catalog though.
Also found in there a part I have been searching high and lowfor.
Makes fuel tank removal a snap.

Storz makes very high quality stuff. The brake lines and fittings are not their own, but made by Goodridge. I almost pulled the trigger on a kit, but the do-it-yourself kits have non-coated brake lines. Most of us - including myself want the coated lines to protect paint and chrome.
My fuel tank removal is really easy (provided the tank is dry), I'm assuming you would put this in the crossover so you can pull a full tank? Is 5/16 id the correct size? If memory serves me - I think you have the braided crossover (noticed it in your tank pic in another post). What's your feeling on that? I just bought one for when I put my tank back on - I'm a bit disappointed that there are some unpainted parts on the crossover fittings that it will not cover.
Didn't mean to change topics -

Not plugged - just a different single banjo bolt instead of a dual.

I haveused a lot of their hoses and fittings on the hotrod applications,
extremely high quality.
See the Aeroquipcoated line in the picture below, and then the HD dual caliper line.
The HD line is not for mini apes and the longer WideGlide legs.
I don't really like the HD splitter (tee) anyway.
Third picture below is the tee (splitter)I will use, If I wind up making my own.

Good one glide. What's the easy part about draining the tank,
and storing the fuel???
That is the point of the quick disconnect. I've had my tank off a few times to do mockups
for the new tins, and it is always a hassle.
If I would have seen the Storz part, I never would have bought the braided piece.
I do like the braided piece, but, I will probably discard it.

I knew mine was coming off so I rode it until almost empty, then the weather changed and more riding was required before tank removal, now I have 4 gals in the garage.
good luck with the dual line build.
revive the thread with a pic or 2 when you're done.
