I stripped out a couple of those the first time I changed the primary oil. It took some time, but slowly and surely I drilled it out. Don't use a bit any bigger than the size of the screw.
Once the head popped off after drilling it, I could unscrew the remaining with my fingers. Home Depot had screws that fit and are allen head. But they're stainless, not chrome.

Derby covers on EVOs sucked. The die cast would warp so bad you could see it without a straight edge.
