I got to do the Cascade mountaing loop one time when I was stationed there. Loved every minute of it! Of course that was back in my sport bike days and was able to get up to 180mph quite a few times on that trip!

No idea really.... Depends how far I get on Saturday and what time I get going Sunday..... I'm not real good at planning my road trips; just sorta point it and go and see where I end up.

If you come down I-5 as far as Tacoma, I could tag along for a hundred or two (miles). I'd recommend taking hwy.410 over Chinook Pass to Yakima, then up Old Canyon Rd. along the Yakima River to Ellensburg, where you could easily swing toward Chelan.

I'll likely head east on the north cascades highway from MT Vernon so I wont be going as far south as Tacoma but you're welcome to meet me up there for the ride through the mountains.............
