I have Barebacks on my FXD and am very pleased with them. Easy on easy off, quiet as can be.

Thanks mrkicks,

When you want to take the bags off the bike, do you do it from inside or outside of the bag?

From the outside. 2 spring loaded cams, easy.

Is there a way to lock the bags to the bike?

Not from Barebacks, but I've heard of some people using cables to secure.

Easy Brackets have a built in lock that requires the use of a key to remove the bags. On the '06 WG, you don't have to relocate the turn signals.

Some of the people in the forum claim that the Easy Brackets rattle. Have you noticed any rattles comming from your setup? What kind of bags are you using?

i haven't noticed any rattle using Easy Brackets. Have traveld quite a bit with them on. When empty, I take them off to give a smoother look to the bike. Maybe this is when they rattle (when empty), but I've never noticed any rattle. Really pleased with them.
