Problem mounting exhaust
I gently turned on the nuts a bit, gave it a shake, couple more turns, shake & I finally got 'em. They are definitely seated & have plenty of hold on the studs......
I just started it up & held my hand near the exhaust port. Didn't feel or hear any leaks.
I must say, these Bub's sound a lot better than (what I believe was) the stock exhaust. ... Not even sure what to call them....the Bub Megaphones? lol. I'll take a pic later.
Going to let it cool down & recheck all my nuts.....
Then into the wind & see what falls off.

Nice & mellow @ idle & highway speeds, but comes alive when you give it some throttle.
I can't believe I only paid $20 for this. As you can see in the pics there's a bit of rash on the rear pipe & a little bit on the front pipe @ the main bend. For $20 I won't even see it. The bike almost seems to run better now.

Thanks again everyone for the help.
However you should tighten them after a good ride, I forgot and got back to them until two weeks later!
Enjoy those bubs, the sound you described is exactly like my bubs. Love those pipes!
I'm going to check them again today. Went for a decent ride last night.
This is truly the summer for riding. No rain in months here. (as you can see in my pic...my grass is straw).
Definitely going to adjust the rear mount bracket I made, the pipes are sort of touching @ the end.
Thanks again everyone.
