From about 0:01 to 0:03 in the video, you can watch a white SUV pass between the trees into view in the background (going opposite direction of the motorcycle). That serves as a reference for speed. The motorcycle covers approximately the same distance (between the trees) in less than 1 second. The motorcycle was, without doubt, traveling very fast.
One of the first rules of motorcycling, car drivers have a very difficult time judging approach speed of motorcycles. So, when you're going double the speed limit (or more), car drivers are going to pull out in front of you.

Wow thats crazy. We recently lost a kid from the base here who ran into the back of an SUV. They estimated he was doing about 140, the SUV departed the road and flipped. His gopro was found and they now estimate he was going about 200.
