I don't know if this seat fits your bike or not, but I am looking to get rid of it. I have done 400+ mile days on it, and have not had a problem. I switched to a Mustang really to give the passenger a larger area to sit on.

Don't make me lie if it will fit, but have you looked at the touring style seat that the dealer sells that has slip in back rest that will fit the dyna models ? I like it with out the back rest. Its a nice seat. Be careful some seats might be hard on yer butt if you ride for a long time. Seems like the padding is hard as a rock.

I have the corbin gunfighter with backrest on my 2004 superglide and love it.. have no pics yet. i've owned a few other corbin's and i would rather have corbin's than any other seats. tried mustang and hd's too. just my 2 cents.

05LowRider,

This morning I ordered a Corbin Dual Tour seat with the backrest for my 99 FXDX. I should have it in a few weeks. I'll let you (all) know what I think of it after a few hours in the saddle.

My first choice would probably be the Corbin Gunfighter and Lady. But it's a pretty big dollar item when you add the cost of the backrest, that you have to buy separately, to the price of the seat. Same goes for anything comparable from Mustang.

In the end, I'll probably end up going with the HD seat. $500 get's you the seat with a built-in backrest. No additional parts needed. Definitely interested in hearing everyone's comments (good or bad) on the backrest style seats that they've tried though.
