Glad this thread is here, I had a TH on a street bob and liked it enough. The finish sucked though. And I scraped the hell out of it, so much so I added a skid plate to it. Any thoughts on the best pipe for ground clearance? Was just looking at the hacker exhaust site the pipe on the 99-05 dyna looks sick. I'm looking at one for my new 01 t sport. Stock motor for now.
ive never scraped my D&D fat cat, my bikes been lowered, stock suspension and and now my 12.6" works.....i lean as far as i can in the corners and beat on this bike and have never scraped the pipe..
I've never been a fan of 2-1s but I'll be trying out my first one soon. Not wanting to spend 6 or 8 hundred $ on a mistake I took my time and did some research before ordering. A lot of folks don't like to wait on something to be put together but I don't mind waiting on something built like I want it. "I have a seat that took 6 weeks and worth the wait" So I ordered the RB Racing LSR 2-1. If I don't like this one there'll be no more 2-1s.

I did the same. BTW - you will need ear plugs
I decided to go to the RB pro-stock spyders to lower that...
I pulled the trigger on the Supertrapp Supermeg (which I meant instead of Kerker). I went with this mainly because of the lower tone and tunability. I really like the look of the Bassani, but didn't want to deal with fitament issues. Didn't choose Thundheader mainly because that's what everyone I know runs and wanted to be a lil different. As far as the Fatcat, just not sold on the looks. Thanks for all the input!
