Looks like you got plenty of votes, and plenty of posts. Time to make your decision.

I had a black d&d fatcat with the quiet baffle on my 09 fxdb i was extremely happy with the difference with a simple stage 1 nice low end boost. Relatively quiet pipe til u crack it.open. plus the baffles good up to 103 for future upgrades. I now have a chrome fatcat with standard baffle on my 11 fatbob. Just an overall good pipe. Been happy twice with them. Fit finish fit is great on all 3. Just have to make sure you get a good seal at the head when u install.

I have a Supertrapp 2 into 1. With the closed end cap it is not very loud at all. With the open end cap it is about as loud as the other 2 into 1 systems mentioned here. I got it because it was tunable and provided (according to some) equal performance to the other pipes mentioned. I ran it with the closed end cap for a long time, I now removed a bunch of disks and run it with the open end cap.

I would buy it again, but if you go with the black finish be careful, I had issues with it rusting.

I went with the Bassani 2-1 for the V-Rod , which matched well:

But for the Street Bob I had to go with the V & H 2-2, not sure on Performance... feel fast enough for me.

There is a thread here somewhere where a member tested a fat cat vs propipe on the same bike. The fat cat won on peak numbers however the propipe produced 15lbs more torque through the riding rpm range, from (iirc) 2500 to 4500 rpms.
More torque right in the riding range means just a twist at highway speeds gets you past everyone, faster acceleration

Supermeg on mine
1 performance wise my supermeg does just as well as my bub 7, so absoloutely no problem there
2 I have a choice now by removeing 6 screws and adding or subtracting discs consequently while interchangeing the open end cap for the closed one on how loud the bike is! While maintaining equal performance!!!

Looks, fit n finish is crucial! Spending $600 plus for something that will fade or rust in 2 years is not a viable option.
What can I say son " suck it up!" You can re-chrome stuff or powder coat when the finish gets dull.
I will add that my bub 7 was trouble the mounting bracket they included in the box cracked and had to be replaced twice and the center support piece they sent was replaced three times until I just made one myself out of thicker steel. The supertrapp has been good so far.

Well.... if you can stand the sound of a Supertrapp, that's the way to go. I generally like my Harley's loud, but decided to go with performance over sound on my Dyna. I did not like the look of that long *** muffler though, so I made a shorter cone and shortened the guts inside also. To maximize the sound I covered all but about 4" of the perforated baffle that's inside (so it's like a solid header pipe until the last 4 inches). I am running the open end cap too to keep the noise level as high as it will go. I had Rinehart staggered duals on the bike before, there quite a horsepower bump from the Rineharts as they come with baffles, I usually ran them with no baffles or a half baffle for a bit more on the top end. (huge dip in the midrange without baffles though). Anyways, here is what the pipe looks like and as you can see on the dyno sheet, it's not a bad performer compared to the 2 into 2 stepped drag pipes. Granted, I did not dyno it with the full length muffler, it might have done better than my shortened version, I don't know, but I wasn't willing to sacrifice the look I wanted. The last dyno chart shows the best run I could muster from the Supertrapp vs the best run I could get with unbaffles stepped drag pipes. Hope that helps you.
