Default What is this bolt called?

2009 FXDC located on the bottom of the lower fork brace. Service manual just shows a ring on the bottom but this takes a 3/16 allen wrench. Would also like to know the torque if someone knows. Thanks,

Mike

That appears to be the bolt that holds the bracket for your front brake hose to the bottom of the fork brace.

That's it,I don't know the torque value but it just needs to be snug there is no stress on the bolt.
