Default Shocks again air vs normal

Hello all so 2 seasons ago I installed progesive 430s 11" on my fxdb and even thow 1" lower it was beter than stock But still not that comfortable smooth floating ride I am looking for
YES I know lowering the bike will never give a great ride But I am 5.7 and with a mustang vintage wide seat with 12" shocks makes it hard to get flat foot
SO I THINK I want to try something else ...The LEGEND AIR RIDE SUSPENSION SHOCKS look cool to me the ability to raise and lower the bike may be a good way to go BUT How do they feel when riding ??Are they comfortable plush ride ?? Or do I go back to 12" shocks but something really good like a Öhlins.. With boots with a larger sole LOL

I LOVE the look of the 11' 430 But we own bikes to ride not look good right LOL I want to love the way it looks and feels ya know like a woman
Thanks all

Went from stock to Burlys to Arnott air ride system and it's just amazing... The air ride systems are the way to go in my opinion...can set it for any different riding condition in seconds.

I will trade my touring 12" shocks for your 11" progressive 430
Those Arnott air shocks are cool but I don't like the tiny lower telescopes.

Sounds like he needs shorter than 12" shocks which lets out HD air shocks. Seems if you can spend the $$ on an Arnott system then you might as well get 11" Ohlins, I'm sure the ride will be a lot better.

so 11" Ohlins will be much better than the 11" 430s I have now .. amd better than the legands air (comfort wise)
Leaving out the cost factor ..
Is there a 11.5 " Ohlins ??

Arnotts would be nice if they still made them for a dyna. Which they don't anymore which is why I have legends. I'm happy with them and the ride is fine. do it

They can be much better because tuneability is better. Iirc progressive only has 2 spring options and depending on your weight and style they may or may not work for you ohlins on the other hand can be set up for any weight or style of riding via multiple spring rates even dual or triple spring rates threaded preload adjusters compression and rebound adjusters and on and on you get the point. If you take the time to set them up they can be much better. Yes they do come in 11.6" or adjustable height basically whatever you want can be done. I know nothing about the air ride they could be great or not idk.
