I have Floor Boards and I was lucky enough to find an original OEM 49218-01 about two dealers over from mine. Best picture I could post right now.
This one mounts right to the floor board bracket. No U-Bolts or anything like that. It is the one used on the Dyna Defender Police BiKe.

Have them on my FXDC with highway pegs. They make all the difference on longer rides. I had them on my Sporty as well; more than once they saved pegs and motor from getting dinged up when I dropped the bike. For that alone they're worth the money.
