Default Front turn signals

Im relocating my turn signals from my bars to my forks on my street bob. Can someone walk me through the wiring part of it step by step. It would be very appreciated. I searched but couldnt find anything on the wiring aspect of it. Thanks

If you still have your sigs on your bars you can cut the wires or unpin the connecters. under the backbone there is a shoehorn looking plastic piece that snaps on both sides of the frame remove this piece pull the connecters out one black and the other is white disconnect them either unpin or cut either way will work there will be 3 wires per signal violet, blue, black remove sigs from bars carefully and slow pull those wires through the bars (if internally wired) route the wires how you want them and solder or put the pins back into the connecters

My bars are wired externally. After i unplug the connectors in the frame, will the wires pull through the sheathing and through the switch covers or will i have to take the switch covers apart and stuff? I would like to do this so everything stays plug and play, not cut and solder

you will have to unpin the connecters to get the wires throught the sheathing and the controls on the bars , it not hard just take your time , the connecters have tabs on the inside of them I took a paper clip and straitened it out to lift the tabs a little and pull the pins just note how they come out when you get ready to put them back they snap back in .A forum member Mudd has a thread on depinning the connecters.

One thing in my mind, before you disconnect them, get a piece of paper, draw a simple diagram for the wiring color code so they go back the same way. No surprise!
