Default RSD Short Stack how to set up

So I've decided on getting the RSD Short Stacks, does anyone have any input, I've read several threads about the bars and 1.5 risers... I'd really appreciate it if anyone could help me with some info about the install. I'd like to save some money instead of taking it to a shop.

What info are you looking for? Riser brand? How to install? I just installed new bars and risers last month so shoot away and I'll try to help as much as possible. If I can't then there are plenty of smarter dudes on here than I who can haha.

I'd suggest following the service manual on how to remove the stock handlebars. Then, the install of the new bars will be pretty close to this process in reverse. I'm sure there may be some slight differences, but you will be able to figure it out. IF you are needing to change cables and other things due to a height change, well then that's a different story.

It makes sense what y'all are saying... I was just curious on taking off the wires and running them through the bars. I saw someone else on the forum used the 1.5 risers. Does it matter on the brand? i've seen some 1.5 RSD risers on ebay, I'm assuming those would work? Is there anything else I would need other than the risers and bars for the set up? sorry for so many questions, this is my first bike and am fairly new working with them. any help would be much appreciated...thanks!

I'm really curious if these bars would be more comfortable than the stock drag bars... do anyone have any reviews on that?
