Black vs. Brown Seats (Dyna or Other)
The other day I saw a Fat Boy with a brown LePera Silhouette seat & drag bars and it looked good/great. So why don't we see more brown seats out there?

Most likely because brown only goes well with a few colors. I think a brown seat would go well with HD orange bike. I saw a picture of a wild bluish purple bike with brown seat and saddlebags on this forum that looks fantastic.
I can't speak for the aftermarket stuff, but the HD brown seat has an orange tint to it. It just looks strange. Although, i agree that brown seats only go well with a few colors (like the mentioned orange, maybe red and possibly blue. I also think they look more appropriate with a chrome or raw metal color motor as opposed to the black. Just my opinion.

Brown seats look good on some bikes (as in the one above), and not so good on others. Guess it depends on the individual bike.

I like the look of a brown leather seat, but it only looks good on certain bikes. Some colors just do not look right with a non standard seat color.

I had a brown leather bomber seat from Corbin on my Road King and got lots of compliments on it and it definitely made the bike look different from all the other bikes out there. As long as you like it, go for it.

Here is a walk around of a Fat Bob with a brown leather seat. I think they look sick with the all black bikes but personally think they look a bit silly with colored bikes, alothough the above 48 does look good with the brown and green.
